Most people think about food only in terms of calories or weight. But there is a deeper truth that ancient wisdom traditions — including scripture — have known for thousands of years:

What you eat directly shapes the state of your consciousness. Your body is not separate from your spirit. It is the vessel through which your spirit lives, moves, and expresses itself.

Processed food, chemical additives, GMO crops, and industrially produced ingredients don’t just harm the body. They lower your energetic frequency. They fog the mind.
